This policy describes the A9 Buyer Access experience.

A9 Buyer Access is operated by Danca Media LLC. When this policy says "we," it means Danca Media LLC.

Information you choose to provide

The buyer application asks for business contact details, including your name, business email, company, optional phone number, business type, receiving city and state, expected volume, intended use, and any private-label or rush-fulfillment interest.

How submission works

When you send the application form, your details are transmitted to Danca Media LLC and delivered to the buyer team at 507businessnetwork@stitchverse.net. Submissions are kept in a protected application log.

To prevent abuse, the form briefly records the IP address each submission comes from. This record is kept for up to one hour and is used only to limit repeated submissions.

How information is used

Information you send is used only to review buyer fit, respond to your request, and coordinate approved commercial access.

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention

Application emails are kept only as long as needed to evaluate buyer fit and maintain records of approved buyers.

Cookies, browser storage, and tracking

This site uses no cookies, no localStorage, and no tracking technologies.
